DID I MENTION HOW MUCH I ACTUALLY <3 FOOTDRILL :D

it rocks okay. and pumping is fun! STARJUMPS TOO :D anyway, guides today was fun thankyou. footdrill was excellent and a great sweating session :D but was scary at certain points :\ like when tongtong suddenly told (commanded?) me to time, so i timed and i think i screwed it all xD jiafeng and ethels timing is not too fast orh. but the person standing in front of me couldnt keep up. yay i love marching on the spot :D then jiafeng kept repeating the command to me. yah lah potential commander, eh? x)
then cos some ppl didnt lock their arms so ended up putting a coin each between your elbow and pinafore. each coin that dropped pump ten. actually mine did drop but jasmine didnt see :D six ppls coins drop plus someone wore watch so pumped seventy. that was fun :D after that we did total defence presentation. thenthenthen went to make oat cubes? wrapped all the oat cubes in pink paper. charis told us alot of funny and perverted stuff xD
at the specs stand suddenly heard this earpiercing scream. hannah knocked down this cage that had one lobster and two shrimps. and it happened to be onecharitys class pet. we lost one of the shrimps though ): couldnt find it anywhere after we searched high and low for it. i didnt expect the shrimp to be so tiny alright. and yes the bloodworms do look disgusting. you can read jiafengs blog for more details.
